We're always looking for ways to improve the PhoneBurner experience - not just for your team, but for the contacts you interact with. Here's what we released in March to promote better connections between you and the people you serve.
Hold Music During Transfer
In addition to our standard hold music, music will now play for your contacts while they are being transferred.
New Transfer "Activity"
When a call is transferred, it will be logged and time-stamped on the "Activity" tab of the contact record.
Send Contact Info Via the Contact Record
Send contact details to an email address of your choice so contacts get the attention they need. An "Email Contact Details" link is now available from the "Actions" dropdown on a contact record, as well as the live dial session window.
vPhone and Local ID Merge Into Numbers
To pave the way for new features and give you more control over your outbound and inbound experience, we've begun merging Local ID and vPhone into Numbers. All Numbers will managed together and priced the same ($5 or less, depending on volume). SMS will continue to be offered in our Premium level account, which includes 1000 monthly sends.
Name Your Dial Sessions

To make it easier to find and resume unfinished sessions, you can now give your dial sessions a name. Dial sessions are located in the Call History tab where they can be resumed in a few clicks.
Coming Soon: Add a Source to Imports
To help you gauge and report on the quality of various lead sources, you will soon have the ability to add vendor/source data to your imports.
