Deleting and Editing Notes

We're continuing to enhance the Notes experience to help you maintain better contact records. Deleted notes (and soon, edited notes) are logged in the Contact Change Log for your review. If you don't have this feature already, we'll be rolling it out to more accounts soon.

Tighter Proximity Targeting

Better targeting means you get more focused outreach. As requested, our advanced search now allows for more narrow zip radius targeting to facilitate prospecting in dense cities.

Coming Soon: More Control on Call Recordings

Do you ever want to stop call recording when a call gets transferred to another agent? We're updating your dial session recording settings to give you this additional flexibility.
