Here are some recent updates we’ve made to ensure your compliance and help you maintain a cleaner, more trusted calling profile.
Buy multiple local numbers
You can now purchase multiple local numbers from any area code (once approved for Local presence).

Pause a number
Has one of your numbers been flagged as “Spam/Scam Likely?” You can pause the number while you remediate the flag (we can help) so it is not used in your outreach.
A-level attestation
As of June 30, 2021, all calls from PhoneBurner are "signed" to support compliance with the FCC's new STIR/SHAKEN mandates. By completing Business Verification PhoneBurner can help you obtain the highest attestation level (A) on calls from numbers you buy through PhoneBurner.
Inbound call recording
