New "live voicemail" button
We have a new "live voicemail" option for your disposition buttons. Simply leave your live voicemail, then click the button to status the call and move to the next contact.
Call transfer keypad
Easily navigate phone trees, IVRs, and extensions during call transfers with the new on-screen keypad.
Set a default Caller ID
Your Caller ID settings page now features a "Make Default" button next to each verified Caller ID. Choose one to have that number pre-selected in your Dial Session Settings dropdown
Bad number notifier
An audible notification saying "your call cannot be completed as dialed" will sound whenever a dialed number is unable to connect.
