Answer Rate Data Collector Responsibilities:
You’ll play a key role in gathering essential data to help us improve call performance. There are two ways you will be contributing:
- Batch Testing – You’ll trigger calls to your own mobile device based on a spreadsheet list of numbers and log your results. No talking is required—just data collection.
- On-Demand Testing – You’ll receive incoming calls from our internal system and follow a simple process to report back on key details. No talking is required—just data collection.
Pay and Benefits
- Earn up to $50-$100 per week depending on call volume
- Flexible and quick—each call takes less than a minute
- No experience required
- Part time W-2 position with no benefits except where required by law
Qualified Candidates should be:
- Reliable and consistent — we depend on you to promptly follow through on assignments and to communicate clearly.
- Responsive - able to reply to messages via Slack and email by the next business day.
- Comfortable using basic tools like email, Slack, and mobile apps (or willing to learn quickly).
- Detail- oriented- small errors can affect testing results, so attention to detail is important
- Self- motivated and disciplined - able to manage your own schedule within given deadlines and minimal supervision
